Sea Foam for S14 KA ... how please?

so I'm tuning the old KA and so I've got a couple of questions. I want to sea foam my engine I was wondering if anyone could do a write up of how to do this that would be great.

Also I would like to do:

O2 Sensor (which brand should I use?)
Spark Plugs (which brand is best for a slightly modifed KA)
clean MAFS (How do I do this)
Fuel Injector Cleaner (which brand and how much?)

Missing anything the new motor has about 40K on it...

when i sea foam my car, i just pull one of the hoses from the intake, and pour some in. you can also use it for your fuel system, pour it in your gas tank...so you dont need injector cleaner.(follow directions)

o2 sensor...i use OEM
spark plugs...OEM. but NGK-R's are good.
MAF...you can use electrical cleaner. i use carb. cleaner, works good.

OEM spark plugs seem to be NGK's. 3 times ive ordered spark plugs from courtesy parts, come in a nissan box, and theyre NGK's.

This should help you with the seafoam, lol. If this doesn't help you, then you should sell your car.

BGK plugs, bosch/generic 02 sensor, don't forget the throttle body as well, fuel injector stp for like $2,
