cant get hub off of knuckle

I cant get hub off of knuckle, any suggestions?

A factory service manual, some more info maybe?

you need a puller..

All you need is the Hub puller (top left corner) that bolts to the hub. you just put a ratchet (or impact wrench) on the center bolt and tighten it down till it pops the axle out of the hub. I used an impact wrench and it took all of 30 seconds to remove a hub that I tried EVERYTHING on.


And make sure you took off the 4 bolts in the rear of the hub.

--The slide hammer that is also pictured there is made to pull output shafts out of the differential carrier.

Thanks for the help , i got a puller, and i used my mini sledge hammer again ... spanks

on a side note, maybe someone can give me some info on this, as i was re-attaching the rear knuckle on to the lower control arm , the nut that goes on the bolt on the bushing (the one that is attached permanently onto the lower control arm) is moving with the nut ... basically i got the nut down halfway and then the bolt all of sudden moves all with it ... idk what to do
