^^^Nope, it doesnt, its the silver band around the headlight held in my four tiny phillips screws. I have one of these WITH screws if you want, also, is it the passenger side you need? I have a mint drivers side if you want. And I can do $35 shipped for BOTH pieces, with hardware. PM me if you're interested.

Yeah you need the metal ring that is under that plastic trim.
