Ka power issues

Hey guys when I accelerate hard on my ka between 3k and 6k it feels like I'm pulling a trailer. It just started recently and I'm not sure what to start looking for. I heard it could be out of time but I just checked but it seems in spec lmk if you guys could help thanks again

my 89 sohc does the same sometimes. i`m going to change the fuel filter and see what happens. i`ll post the results after i fix the problem.
