greddy informeter touch in s14

anyone using it on there s14? i have a 1997 s14 and i cant get it to connect. it is an obdII so i dont see why it wouldnt connect. worked perfectly fien on my buddys Tundra.

any help would be greatly appreciate it. sorry if its been covered or in
wrong section.
