EMergency help! anyone from canada?

Hello! I have a bit of a problem. About 8 months ago, I paid $350 to a guy in Ontario, Canada for an LSD and he lied to me and never sent the part. I have been waiting TOO long and tried various post office complaints and tried locating his post office, none of which have worked. If someone can get the money for me, I will let them keep $100.

Well give us some details! I had a dude offer to buy my LSD for a friend of his in the states or hawaii or something for like $250.. He just never came through.. this was a month or two ago... What was this guys name and email, and how'd ya find him???

he lives in canada ... it is quite large .....Canada isnt a city it is a country and unless you have detailed address and such there is not much chance in finding the guy and what are you planning on doing once you locate him
