As the title states, this setup is amazingly amazing...... well I guess that is in the eye of the beholder.
Some of you may remember that I just purchased this setup maybe a couple months ago, and you may be saying to yourself, well why would he sell it and why would he sell it for the same damn price?
Well, here are your answers:
The reason Im selling:
I had an issue with a AFPR that I purchased that flooded my engine with fuel, so much that my intake manifold filled with gas as well as all of my cylinders. The FPR was faulty and was spraying fuel into my manifold from the vacuum line, not a normal process lol. Needless to say, this fucked my oil and had an adverse effect on my rings. Now that I have to rebuild, I figure I would take the time to do it right and go forged internals and with a top mount setup which eliminates the need to keep all of these things.
The reason I am selling close to the same price I purchased:
When I bought this "turbo kit" I was told that the injectors were fresh from the shop and had new rings and filters, whether that i true or not is between the seller, the supposed shop, and God. Regardless, two of the injectors crapped out within the first 10 minutes of me installing the kit which required me to purchase a whole new set since I couldnt buy just two.
The exhaust manifold I purchased with the "kit" had crack bigger than that plummer that was under your kitchen sink last week. I had to drive it like this for a while since I had no other option and didnt know until the "kit" was installed. I found another manifold made from a better reinforced design and wrapped with header wrap and sprayed with silicone spray to protect the wrap and keep out moisture.
These added purchases made my "install and go" kit an "install and replace shit" kit with a price over 1,000 bucks. Obviously, you never get back wht you put in and I wouldnt try to, especially with this community. This is why my price is 850.
Here is the breakdown:
Emance tuned ECU:
T25
370cc Injectors
Stock MAF
7-10 psi (if you run 10psi, its recommended you run BKR7 plugs)
SR T25:
Ran at 7psi daily
only saw 10 psi a few times
No shaft play
Tight as a tiger
Internal wategate
With o2 housing and recently purchased gaskets that are in great condition
Oil feed and oil return line
KA24DE Manifold for T25:
Wrapped with header wrap
Sprayed with Black silicone
When I bought this kit the manifold had some nasty cracks that I wasnt aware of. I had to buy this new (well new to me) manifold which is a better design and much stronger to prevent cracking:
Circuit sports 3" Downpipe:
This little guy will connect your turbo o2 housing to your catalytic converter or extremely illegal test pipe :)
Flex section could use some love but I never had any issues with exhaust leaks and my wideband read perfect.
370CC Injectors with rail and stock regulator:
When I bought this set it came with 370's but 2 of them crapped out on me so I ended up having to buy a whole other set. This set works perfectly and has all new rings.
SR Side Mount Intercooler:
All piping from TB to Intercooler and turbo to intercooler
Stock SR BOV
If you have an S13, this will bolt up in the same spot your intake resonator is sitting. Just remove that and you will see the mounting spots for the intercooler. A little dented but nothing that affects functionality and this little guy is leak free.
Only thing left for you to do to get this running on your car is to buy and oil filter sandwhich plate for the oil feed, and have a oil return bung welded on to the oil pan that I will include in the sale.
Only things not pictured is the intake for the turbo, the oil pan, and the tuned ECU. Please take note that the injectors and rail will not come with the grommets where the rail meets the manifold. I gotta keep those. Also, the downpipe and o2 housing will not come with the sensors attached.
