It was actually already registered and titled in the state of Oregon when I bought it. But even with all the proper paperwork, the DMV denied my application once. I had to provide some additional paperwork before it went through. The DMV communicated through email which made it that much harder. Why is it so hard to get an actual person on the phone these days?

I got really lucky on this car. I am pretty sure it's the only 50 state legal S15 in the US.

I know a guy In Washington that has a S15 with Oregon reg. Everyone calls his DR. Mike. He has alot of S14's also. He traded a R33 GTR for the S15 and also got 50k in the deal. Is that the guy you got it from? I hav'nt seen him in a while. Love that car and the VS-XX wheels look sick.
