91 Hatch w/S14 SR20DET

I am looking to sell my s13 very clean body for age, the chassis has about 160,xxxmi and the s14 Sr20 around 60k mi. I have all the paper work for the swap. I am a Nissan certified tech and its well maintained all synthetic fluids front to back. Mods: z1 1piece drive shaft, eBay coilovers,megan racing engine and transmission mounts, exedy stage 2clutch, fidanza lightened flywheel, 3inch catless downpipe, weleded 3in exhaust, big godspeed front mount intercooler, all upgraded piping, walboro 255 fuel pump,big aluminum radiator,two slim fans(deleted factory fan shroud and belt driven fan, autometer gauges,nismo 165 thermostat,blue nismo silicone radiator hoses,battery relocate kit, boost controller at 10 psi, s14 seats, full Kenwood system with 1 12" sub and amp, full interior, it HAS A/C and POWER STEERING that both work perfectly, also have front bumper I just have it off right now, there's probably more I havnt mentioned.
