Estimated time...depends on problems and all that like gettin the bolts off the manifold etc.

this is how i did it, could be wrong wat not...but here goes

0. Take off your downpipe from the turbo elbow.

1. take off the oil catch can, intake, heatshield and all the turbo piping and elbows. Try to clear as much off that area as possible so the manifold is accessible

2. Get in there with some wd-40 or pb-blaster on the manifold bolts, a lot o fthem will be rusted on there. I also recommend a slim wrench like craftsmans professional set or some good snap on stuff. Also a small breaker bar or pipe helps to torque off the bolts. You just gotta get creative to get some of those bolts off.

3. once the bolts are loosened, make sure you get the oil and coolant lines for the turbo, be careful with them, dont' get um bent or damaged. The lines are on the side of the engine , below the manifold with lines that look sorta like brake lines, but more gold metalic color. But make sure u get the coolant and oil lines and make sure u got a towel or something for the stuff that comes out.

4. o2 sensor wire...make sure that is disconnected, take out all the manifold bolts all the way and pull the whole manifold, with the turbo connected which also has the turbo elbow on, watch out for the steering coulum (i think i misspelled that).

5. Careful of the oil/coolant line when you put it on the ground to undo the bolts. While your down in that area its a good idea to do the rest of the gaskets, i did the manifold to turbo gasket(300zxtt manifold to turbo gasket will work, its a standard t25), and manifold to engine gasket (senta sr20de gasket will work). Studs are nice to replace too at the same time for both the manifold to engine and manifold to turbo..... and so are the nuts cuz some may be rusted. Everything is pretty simple from here.... just do it backwords and watch out for the steering cuz thats gonna be the hardest part just fittin it back in... well not too bad. hope this helps you out buddy, i did it just by lookin around, didn't have much help =/
