I have a Brand New HKS GT-RS turbo, it has never been mounted or used it was basically a display item. Its 100% fully functional. This turbo from HKS retails around $2300 and stince HKS has shutdown their headquarters this Turbo is becoming harder to find. From other retailers the lowest I saw is about $2000. I am asking $1500obo pretty firm on price.
I am willing to lower the price if you offer some parts, I would use the value of the items to lower the price. I am interested in bovs, guages, boost controllers, turbo timers, and other accesories that I may be interested in.

Super bad ass turbo. Better than the 2871r. Made 341whp and 295ft/lbs on my s14sr at 16lbs. I just picked up a used one with 3k miles for $800 for my s13. If I didn't buy it I would be ALL over this.

I bought my original GT-RS brand new for $1700 in 2005 and that was a hookup price back then. Yeah a 2871r is about $400 less BUT this turbo spools up MUCH faster and will put out ~10-15whp more than the 2871r.

Best turbo for the SR20, except for the Greddy T518z!!!

Option Mag did a test on a bunch of t28 based turbos. The GT-RS made more power than the T518z. However, the T518z can be rebuilt because it is journal bearing:
