How to fix the S14 idle problem?

I searched but none were able to help me. If you HAVE SUCCESSFULLY fixed the idle problem, please post how you did it. If you did not or whatever, please don't bother posting.

Problem:
Sometimes when you turn the steering wheel, the idle drops to ~300RPM. Other than that, it mostly idles fine when in neutral.

Has anyone SUCCESSFULLY fixed this? If possible, please include clear instructions on how you did it and maybe we can make it become a STICKY FAQ :bowdown: . Thanks!
