rb20 swaps, please help on some info.

Sorry for this being my first post. i forgot my old login and what email it went to. i have been a lurker for a long time, i used to own a s13 vert lowered on wheels, with some bolt ons as a DD, but im looking at a s14 with a rb20det swap. i checked the compression , it checked 120 accross the board, from what i saw this was normal for this engine. 120-140. but i can't find much info about them, i just want the car for a fun quick DD, i figured i would throw a rb25 turbo on it and tune it for around 13psi. if that nets 250whp or so around. so please any info you can tell me would be good, i know the stock turbo is junk and cant do much with it, hence the rb25 turbo swap. i don't need it for a race car. im not going to swap it out for a sr20. every place i seach just says go sr. but this already has the swap. so i need info about the swap

car has. fmic, exhaust,fpr, z32 maf , apexi filter. stock turbo at 7psi. s14 chassis on coilovers
