HKS turbo timer 35th anniversary instructions

Hey, I got the new HKS type-1 TT off of a friend, but I didn't get instructions.

Can anyone tell me how to calibrate the Speed and Tach functions so I can get the Auto Timer function working?

Figured it out. Here's a video for those searching in the future.

Installation is exactly the same as the old style HKS TT Type-1.

For a 91-94 S13 (TT=Turbo Timer):

****You're splicing ALL of these wires in, not cutting the originals and attaching the new ones. So kind of like a T, where you're T-ing in the new TT wire.****

Disconnect the battery's negative terminal before you do this.

The wire that's black with single red dots from the TT is your ground, so ground it.

The wire that's gray with the single red dots from the TT connects to the yellow with purple stripe wire by the e-brake. This is your e-brake signal.

The wire that's brown with the single red dots from the TT connects to the yellow with red striped wire on the brown dash plug by the ECU. This is your RPM signal.

The wire that's blue with SINGLE red dots from the TT connects to the yellow with green striped wire on the brown dash plug by the ECU. This is your speed signal.

If you have the plug-and-play harness, you'll just disconnect the connectors that go to the ignition switch, and plug in your HKS harness, then connect the HKS harness to the TT. Done.

If you do NOT have the HKS harness, here's what wires go to what (I recommend disconnecting the connector and wiring these in on the ignition switch side about 3 inches after the connector, then plugging the two connectors back together once you're done):

The red wire coming from the TT connects to the white with the red striped wire on the ignition switch side of the connector. This is your 12V Constant.

The blue wire with DOUBLE red dots from the TT connects to the blue wire on the ignition switch side of the connector. This is your 12V ACC (Accessory).

The green wire from the TT connects to the black with a white striped wire on the ignition switch side of the connector. This is your Ignition wire.
