Just buy a cheap ebay cat back for whatever motor you have in your S13 and be done with, they usually come with resonators, and silencers so that you can run super quiet if you like..

I have a Hks silent hi-power system in mine, it's a manifold back system and it is still pretty quiet, recommend it highly ! If you can't afford that just add a few boxes Into the system , that should quieten it down

I would go louder and purchase a buddy club2 exhaust lol. I have it and I love it! Sound, looks and functions good because of how little it weighs. But look into a catco or magnaflow resanator would quiet it down.

Nearly anything will be quieter than your current setup, but if you want a good, quiet enough not to get too much negative attention, but still open enough to make good horsepower exhaust get a BRM exhaust. Get the 2.5 run the resonator and whatever muffler you like most. I'd suggest the cat too because straight pipes don't make power on NA cars and you'll be able to pass any inspections you run into.
