Can this be repaired?

I have a JDM kouki s14 rear bumper but one side, the mounting tab is completely broken off the bumper itself.

Not repairable at all. Might as well junk it

You can repair it with 2part epoxy, the fusor brand is best. I have repaired way worst

just the metal bracket broke or that whole piece that holds it on did?

The plastic part is cracked all the way down...

Ok, I'll probably try to epoxy it. If it doesnt work, I'll just have to find another bumper.

You have to cut a v groove in the crack and place some mesh on the back of the broken piece and apply the epoxy over it for added strength. Prep the surface by scuff sanding it with 80grit before using epoxy
