like the title says, i want to trade my 89 s13 hatch for a clean 1974 or older datsun 1200 hatch. i don`t care about the engine and transmission. the body must be straight or near perfect condition. i don`t care about the paint either. the interior has to be complete and in decent shape. i don`t care about the seats. but the dashboard has to be in very good condition. if anyone is interested, pm me for pics of my s13 hatch. about the s13 hatch; it has less than 50k miles total on the whole car. yes that is 50k or less. how? the car was donated by mossy nissan to a local high school back in 1989. the car had 206 miles when i got it. i replaced the original gauge cluster from my other 240 so i don`t know the actual mileage. i will install the og one when i get to it.(the one i put in does not read speed anymore). i`ve been driving it daily for almost 3 years now. the car will come with aftermarket exhaust, tokico blue struts and red tokico springs. the interior is complete. dashboard has a few cracks and carpet above the cat converter is worn down to nothing. i do have s13 front floormats on it. the engine is completely stock. it has the original belts and hoses, the original distributor cap and rotor. i replaced the plugs and wires with ngk ones. the air filter was replaced about 3k miles ago. the rear brakes are still the original from the factory as well. i replaced the front pads the same time i replaced the air filter. i also started using synthetic engine oil at 6k miles. the car was an auto trans but i did a 5 speed swap. i replaced the clutch master cylinder about 6 weeks ago. the slave cylinder and clutch were bought brand new when the 5 speed swap was done(about 6k miles after i got the car). also my friend at ASC built a front strut tower bar and welded the rears. i replaced the driver`s seat with a sparco sprint jr 2 years ago and it`s worn and torn where my butt and back slides onto every time i get in and out of the car. the seat mount is non adjustable and is made by ASC also. the steering wheel will be the og one. it`s in very good shape. if you are interested, i`ll send you some pics. thanks for looking. :-/
