Hey everyone, im selling my 1991 240 Hatch w/ SR swap. The chassis has 147k on it, and the SR has 63k. I recently started hearing some rod knock so I left my car at home when I left for college, and now am being forced to sell it. It still runs, just will need a new/used shortblock in the near future. As far as the body goes its in average shape(has hatch rust as almost all 240s w/spoilers). Some paint chipping in the front, but overall its in good shape. Car will also come with a 6cd changer, power doors and locks, sunroof, and S14 seats. I can honestly say that this car has never been raced, nor a boost controller ever put on it. The current list of mods done to the car are:

Apex N1 Dual Catback w/ Stock Cat + Test Pipe
3" Downpipe
Warlboro 255lph Fuel Pump
Apex Power Intake
HT Hotpipe w/ Greddy Type S BOV
Spec Stage 2 Performance Clutch\

And can someone else please explain to me why this car is so hard to sell right now? A brand new longblock w/tranny with a cut harness and no ECU can be had on EBAY for a little over a grand, and with a days work the car would have a brand new engine with a warranty and a spare tranny if u ever needed it. The price is very fair and honestly prolly too fair. Could someone please tell me what im doing wrong?
