more people are getting into 240's too though. more are coming into the scene when some are dying. some old guy had mine before i got it and now mine is being modded into the little tuner scene. so anyway it wasn't a bad year for my 240 because its getting driven like it should have been the past 6 years.

the fact that its been raining alot lately probably has little to do with the frequent accidents

it was predicted.
simple really
240 becomes popular
all the "cool cats" buy 240
drifting blows up
cool cats like to see drifting
cool cats crashy their 240 trying to drift
done and done
but actually i have read a couple stories very recently that the 240driver was not at fault
i blame these accidents on the steady dumbening down of human beings.

yeswepromise brings up a good point.
but the fact is that a lot of use this month weren't at fault... at least I wasn't :(

you can tell if people are posers most of time by the time they registered, number of post, and what they posted
ae86, 240sx(drifting)- this seems to be the trend now but it will die off
i predict that the next trend for people who have money is to put big power into small cars- 2jz,rb,350,302 into rx7s and 240.... it has been done but people well get more into it.
not neccisarly(sp?) on time of registration and number of post.
but its true about what they posted about though.
next car is probably the SC(aka soarer)

well it certainly was a bad year for S14's up in norcal. Me, Danio, and another guy from norcal named Steven all totalled our S14's. pretty crappy stuff. :wtc:
oh and by the way, none of the accidents i mentioned here were the 240 driver's fault.

umm dude, i don't know if you've noticed, but EVERYONE who drifts crashes their car, doesn't matter if they are noobs or not. so don't act like it's only the "trend" dryfft0rz who are crashing while drifting.

i'm not acting like these "trend" dryfft0rz are the only ones who crash.
would you like me to list every type of person who is at possible risk of crashing? thanks:goyou:

well your "cool cats crashy their 240 trying to drift" remark made it seem that way.

that won't be necessary, since it was your comment which prompted my response. :jerkit:

I'm sorry about the attitude. I'll be more curtious in the future!

ha do you guys really think this trend will end soon? i think next everyone will be like me and decide they want a 4wd truck/suv :D
also i had a friend that bought a 240 about a month b4 he got his liscense and he practiced driving with his dad around the neghborhood, then he got his liscense got in the car went about half a mile from his house around a turn in the rain and spun into a ditch. I just wanted to share haha

the next trend could be trucks and all, but what i've seen alot around my area (909,626,714 SoCal) is people moving to superbikes. A lot of my ex street racer Honda ricer aquaintances have moved to these superbikes now......and with that new movie "Torque" coming out it's gonnna blow up sooooooo big......
just kdding, but yah that's what i've been seeing alot of.

i'd have to go with RoNiN240sx. bikes are getting pretty popular... you would see more bike crews now then before. i know of 3 people who just got bikes that value around 10gs with mods and all that. bikes are gonna blow up big. and i dont discourage it.
