I have a complete stock 91 s13 and out of the blue the other night my parking lights and illumination started staying on with the car off and my blinkers don't work. when i pull the fuse under the hood for that circuit the hazards work but my blinkers still do not. my parking lights don't come on with the fuse out too. any suggestions.
also when i got the car i was informed that the headlight motors drain the battery when in down pos with the car off so are currently unhooked.
if any one on here has some suggestions i'd like to get this fixed.
thank you

you have a short that is drawing current somewhere. The Turn signal switch has been known to go bad in our cars. It can cause several of the problems you are having. Replacing that column stalk is not hard. You could try doing that. Used working column stalks are pretty cheap.
I had a dash light and brake light not functioning issue that was caused by a bad switch in the turn signal stalk. Once the stalk was changed everything worked.
Of course the fact that your headlight motors are not functioning correctly could also be a cause as they draw a fair amount of current. changing those out would probably not be a bad idea either.
