where to get tires in NC

I'm just wondering if anyone in NC knows of a good place to get used tires within a couple hours drive of central(Fayetteville) NC. All the places I usually go to in town have run out of tires in my size. I only need used for now, I don't want to spend the cash on new tires since I'll only be using them for about a month before I dip out to Japan.

BTW, is a 205/50-16 about the same as a 195/55-16?

The 195 series tire will have a little bit bigger sidewall and the 205. Like 3 mm or something. And the width is obviously bigger for the 205.:o
