so I blew my dual cam and my buddy has a single cam for sale cheap as hell. I was wondering if the harnesses were similar, can I use the single cam harness, what do I do? I've tried researching it but everyone goes from single to dual, not dual to single, I need a motor to get to work and back, so its not like this is my preferance. any help greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!:lfault:

Other than KA24E Longblock. Below is what you would need to complete the conversion.

- ECU
- Engine Harness
- Dash Plug conversion
- SOHC PS Lines
- SOHC PS Reservoir
- SOHC Tachometer

look on craigslist or something for a doch. ka's are a dime dozen, and you'll regret downgrading

Damn. that sucks. If you don't care about not having power steering, then just don't connect it and wait until you go dual cam again

I can pretty much find all of that, but what is a dash plug conversion?

I have been and either all of them are blown or someone wants like 500 for it, I don't have 500 right now.:-/

won't you friend let you borrow the single cam until you save up enough for a Dualcam?
