WTT: Evo 8 for...?

I have for trade a 2003 Evo 8. It has 841xx miles and runs good. Its in great condition except for the drivers seat which has a rip and a broken bolster, very common on the evo recaros. Ive had the car for 2 years and love it but need something else as i have a daughter on the way next month. I only drive it about 4 miles a day back and forth to work. Clean title in hand

I need something a bit more child friendly. Im open to offers though!

as a 4 door sedan the evo would be pretty child friendly would it not ? get a baby on board sticker and your set! ( aside of the child seat of course )

Yeah, its child friendly in the fact that its 4-doors, has the "latch" system, traction control, and i can put a stroller in the trunk.

Not infant friendly: The stiff ride, the catless exhaust fumes and the volume of the exhaust.

Put it this way:

If im 50 miles away from the hospital and my wifes water breaks, im taking the evo!

After delivery and trying to transport my wife and newborn comfortably, im driving my wifes accord.

I spy a cage! how much cash? Im a little hesitant to do a trade due to the distance. With my wife 8+ months pregnant i cant take a 2 week road trip across the country. Im not sure if there is a way to work it out with a shipping company to act as a 3rd party. im sure we could figure it out though

a no BS, "not trying to go high to haggle down..." number would be $14k. No removals before sale,whats there is yours, all extra parts i have go with it, and im working on a good drivers seat. The current one is fine, i drive it every day and it was broken when i bought the car 11k ago, but for long commutes a new/repaired drivers seat woul be a plus. I drive this car everyday and only do about 40-50 miles a week so it never bothered me

Thanks, im trying to be totally realistic with what im asking for. The cars in great shape, not beat to shit, not perfect as its 9the years old now, but easily worth more than what im looking for.

To the guy a couple posts up: I don't really understand your post but if you've been around a catless car they stink. I never said the exhaust leaks into the car but if your sitting at a long light for a couple minutes you'll smell it. Think pigpen from charlie brown with his cloud of dust. Normally I wouldn't give a shit, driven this car, and others, for years that way. Im fine with it. Would I subject my newborn to that however? No way. "Daddy knows best"? He does. That's why he's trying to trade his "lemon yellow" evo for a different car.
