has anyone bought parts from optauto.com? if so, how was the service, how fast were they able to ship the parts out. just doesn't seem like a 'friendly' place to buy from. no names, no 'readers rides', just a mailing address, and phone number which doesn't mean much to me. they have H & R wheel spacers I need any other place that has these?

Well, I bought my friend's intake from there and it came in 3 days, but that's all.

i don't like options, i have talked to them a couple of times and they weren't the nicest people around, and they didn't have anything for the 240 in stock that i wanted, on the other hand, nopi was very helpful and i would deal with them again, ultra performance has been good as well

My brother ordered some coilovers for his galant through options and 3 months later he finally canceled his order cause the guys there kept telling him it was going to be another week.

I ordered my strut bar there. Came very quick but had no instructions. I called them and they sent it in the next couple of days. (i didn't really need the instructions but it was nice to have anyway)

I used to order stuff from Options awhile ago...It's probably been at least a couple years though...I got my H&R springs from them, along with a bunch of other stuff (Bulbs, hella air horn, H&R springs for my cousin's Civic,etc...) I never had any problem with them back then...I don't know how much they've changed recently, so I'd say give 'em a shot.
