Complete KA-T setup with motor San Diego

[SDS13COUPE]

Due to some family issues im going to sell my whole turbo setup with the motor/trans included. Almost all the parts were purchased brand new. This setup was running for around 3500 miles and never boosted over 10 psi. All parts are in great condition. The only bad is the motor cranks but wont fire. I havent done a compression check yet so it's going together and WILL NOT be parted. The block could still be good, or use it as a backup and build it. Here is the motor setup.

THE GOOD:

-S14 Ka modded to act as an S13 KA
-ACT chromoly 13lb. flywheel(NEW)
-S.A. 4 puck sprung clutch/2200 lb. pressure plate(NEW)
-Mizu aluminum radiator(NEW)
-Intake manifold has all emission related equipment removed
-8mm spark plug wires
-New water pump installed
-New starter installed
-248 cams installed
-Lightened crank pulley installed
-Oil pan has tap for turbo drain
-New front main seal
-New rear main seal

THE BAD:

-Thermostat is removed
-Power steering pump whines
-motor wont start

Now for the TURBO setup:

-Custom made bottom mount manifold. All parts were purchased from Vibrant Racing in Canada. All material is schedule 10. Manifold was tig welded and the merge collector was made by hand. It looks gnarly and is built like a tank. Not even driven on for 25 miles and the material hasnt discolored yet.(NEW)
-SPEC R S15 Turbo(NEW)
-PBM Cobra pipe(NEW)
-PBM HMIC(NEW)
-PBM Oil filter relocation kit(NEW)
-Greddy RS BOV unistalled(NEW)
-Earls SS oil feed line with shielding and oil restrictor(NEW)
-Earls SS coolant lines with shielding(NEW)
-Earls SS oil filter relocation lines with shielding(NEW)
-SR 370cc injectors(USED)
-Intake pipe(NEW)
-Z32 MAF(USED)
-Emance tuned ECU(USED)
-Nismo mounts(NEW)
-ISIS Dual fan setup with shroud not pictured(USED)

and I'm pretty sure im missing a few things. Oil catch can not included, sorry. Might also be parting out the chassis as well but I'll have another thread if I do.
