Heads up: on Paramount between Carsona and Del Amo on the northbound side, there is an emissions checkpoint. If your one of the few that have gotten smogged "illegally" or if you drive an older car avoid that street

yep they still do.
These checkpoints using start popping around places where smog tech are being caught doing illegal smog. its a bummer but its Cali.
