Idle problem

Hey I gotta ka in my s14 and its not idling properly everytime I slow down my idle gives out and car shuts off any idea what's going on?

have you cleaned your iacv? this is a very common issue with 240's. if you search for idle ka24de you'll see tons of threads with people having the exact same issue and how to resolve it.

Coolant Temp Sensor is next in line to check IIRC

Thanks guys there telling me its an injector but my boy only checked it from the top you think I should go with that im just trying to avoid getting fucked by a mechanic

again....have you checked your IACV? I cleaned mine using brake clean when I removed it. Car idles fine now.

If injectors are bad, or their o-rings, they usually make the engine bog out and die completely, but check them, AFTER you check the IACV & Coolant Temp Sensors...
