I have an S13 KA24DE for sale. Located in Jacksonville, NC. It's just about to break 183,000 miles on the clock. The engine is still in the car, so you can come see it run and drive it if you wish. This engine is in awesome shape. I have every record of engine work done (by the dealership) over the life of the car. Engine has no clutch fan and an EGR delete plate sandwiched in, that is it. Before I bought the car about 1.5 years ago the Original Owner had just had the water pump, thermostat, and injectors replaced as preventative maintenance (as far as the engine goes). I removed the top timing chain guide about 2 months ago, but it looked brand new. So the engine does have the timing chain rattle at under 800RPM but above that it disappears. The tensioner just needs to be cleaned. Beyond that, like I said, it runs like it's practically brand new. I haven't had to do anything to it other than basic scheduled maintenance.
Compression checked @ 160 for cylinders 1 & 2 and 155 for 3 & 4 one month ago.
I'm doing a swap so this will be just the engine, but I can sell you the transmission, Exedy Six puck sprung clutch and Fidanza Flywheel for a little more.
I'm not going to part out the engine so please don't ask, but I will separate the engine from the transmission if the price is right. The Clutch/Flywheel by themselves are not for sale.
Looking for $500 OBO for the engine minus wiring harness
+ $150 OBO for Transmission (in equally excellent shape)
+ $350 OBO for the clutch and flywheel (5 months old), but only if you buy the transmission too
I will ship at buyer's expense.
If this isn't sold by the time I get my swap done in early-early January, it'll be stripped of parts and sent to the dumpster. So hop on this awesome KA.
