Can you use redtop 62 ecu on a blacktop ( non type x)

Friends got an e5 ecu on his black top right now, i was just wondering if he can use a 62redtop ecu, because a friends got an enthalpy 62 ecu. Do you have to do any re wiring or anything like that

You can mix and match them...I've done it before with my redtop.

Search for more info. Oooold question there. Ive also interchanged the two without any problems but have read that there may be minor fuel ratio changes because of o2 sensor differences and mix matching the ecu with their corresponding o2....if that didn't make any since, skinny o2 -red top, fat o2-black top.
