So yeah i have to pop the hood and manually open or close the heater valve i wish i had the luxury to do so on the climate control on the dash! lol how can i fix this im assuming this is a common problem for all you 95 s14 owners?

You tried changing the climate control out to a known working one?

nah, seems im one of the few with a s14 around where i live lol i don't know the other few.

Don't recall if the cable leading to the heater control valve is manually activated with the climate control knob or if it's motor driven.....been a while since I've tinkered with an S14...
Anyhow, have you tried lubing the cable by the heater valve??? It sometimes has a tendency to stick. If that's not the problem then check to see if the cable is still connected in the cabin or if the motor controlling the heater valve is functioning when activated. You'll need a Factory Service Manual (FSM) to diagnose the problem. Use the SEARCH function here on Zilvia to find a link to a FSM..
