S14 factory subwoofer?

I just picked up a ('posed to be) factory sub for S14. It is a molded, sealed plastic enclosure with an 8" dual voice coil sub with Rockford Fosgate AND Nissan logo on the speaker. It fits in the rear pass corner of trunk. It fits pretty well along the inside of the rear quarter and against some of the sheet metal in trunk.
So what do you guys think? Really from an S14? I'll try and post some pics if anyone is interested.

Never heard of a factory sub, just factory amp for the speakers.

Sounds like it the sub that comes in the B15 Sentras.. I'm pretty sure No 240 ever had a rockford fosgate package available.

that sounds like the stock special edition sentra sub like stated by krazys13...... i always wondered how it wud fit in a s chassis

The S14 in Japan came with tons of audio options/upgrades. Everything from in dash Navi to full Alpine, Kenwood, Addzest aftermarket speakers and head units. I've never seen anything from Rockford Fosgate in my brochures but I am missing a few of them. I just looked through all of them I have and didn't see any sort of sub but that stil doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I'll have to go through my hard drive and see if there is anything in there I've saved from YAJ.

Until I find one... Here is a OEM JDM S13 Silvia Factory "SuperWoofer"!
