Has to be manual. If it's stock KA it has to be clean. sr20det/ka-t s14 preferred. I owned a white 91 sr20det hatchback dohc bumper 240 that I LOVED the hell out of - it never felt like it ran 100% though.
Strongly prefer - s14 5 lug model sr20det swap in good condition with working AC.
Will possibly consider s13 hatch. hit me with a PM if in Florida with these. I'm in Jacksonville so North Florida location is good as well.
