I had two people in the past leave me bogus feedback. I've discussed the issues with mods before I deployed about getting it fixed and assumed it was. Now that I'm in Afghanistan trying to buy some parts and sell the stock ones and have my wife ship them [which are already pre-disassembled, cleaned, and pre-packaged], I noticed the issues were never fixed as promised. Can I get a mod to help me out with these issues?

The better question to ask is how “bogus” is any negative feedback left in which the person leaving the feedback does so with the public claim of having won a paypal dispute?
If that individual stands by their words enough to place something like that out there, along with the picture posted, I have no good reason to doubt the review.
On the other, there was a claim that no item was received and no further discussion from either side. Again, if a claim is made and no one discusses it, then I am to take what was placed in public forum that what happened happened.
Now, if either of your buyers comes to say that the content of their reviews have since been settled and that they would like to have them removed, then I have no problem doing so, but I have NEVER been in the practice of removing negative reviews based solely on the fact that the recipient felt it was unjust.

I sent in a ticket previously with a receipt that showed his address, a weight, and the box that was shipped along with tracked. The box weighed 2 pounds. It arrived to it's destination. How can an empty box weigh 2 pounds? It seems a little sketchy. If I am going to have to contact them and figure out what needs to happen, so be it. I just find it a little odd that the two smallest items I've sold and shipped were the two that gave me hassle. I'm not in the business to give away parts then have to pay THEM to take them. I will PM them now.

I too would like the feedback removed. The issue has been resolved.
It seems like he shipped it, then the item fell out during the shipping. Not his fault, but also not my fault. Paypal refunded me, so there's really no point in the negative feedback.
