lol my bad... my car is a 90 hatch. was an auto, now 5 speed. now has a rb20 in also. both plugs are in the engine bay and go in the harness all the way into the cabin. for some reason the reb/ blue wire and the black both connect to my rb harness. but i have no clue what i plugs into cuz i forgot to label it.(getting to ahead of myself). i have 2 fsm. i have the one for my motor and a full 1989 240sx fsm but im not good at reading wiring diagrams so its not really helping me at the moment...

www.240SXTECHDVDS.org Home Page (http://www.240sxtechdvds.org) has factory service manuals. Its not hard to find if you read a bunch. My guess is its the auto tranny harness that you don't need. ...but I'm not sure.
