got complete swap , only thing is the cam shaft had snapped and toke timing chain with it

Wtf??? How did you break a camshaft???
Sounds like you probably have some bent valves and possible piston damage too.

car was parked when i tried triunng it on made a funny noise n wouldnt start so i finally got to checking my valve cover somehow and i see there was ascrew from the timing guide it got stuck and the cam was going one way and the screw jamed in there gave way wheni tried turning it on.. and it had been rebuilt by two previous owners so the motor was super healthy now im parting out my hatch =/
