I just did this swap alone on my s14. Its really easy. Just read through the writeups and get a general idea how to do things and you will be just fine. Just make sure you have all the required parts. If you need any help you can pm me aswell

easiest way = get a shop to do it

seriously searching this forum will get your answer. There are auto to 5 speed swap faq's on here. Hell I wrote one of them that got stickied in archive and faq section.

It lays out average cost of parts and how much it costs to have a shop do it. The prices on parts have really not moved to much. Though you can get some deals from shops.
