View Full Version : HELP!! Car lost power at a turn and died!!!

Was turning onto an on ramp as my car just died...!
My car is lowered and I noticed it had chewed through some wires I fixed that problem but now my car won't start won't even crank over. Lights work clock does too. Radio doesn't.
Also right before this happened I turned on. My car and the windshield wipers wouldn't turn off so I disconnected the motors.
Please help any info is gladly appreciated

i think you pretty much answered your own question, sounds like your loom is still messed up, get the wing off and trace check the wires.

Agreed with answer on top,also your alternator might be on its way out...maybe

Maybe you blew some fuses, did you check for that..?

check your 75a fuse..

havent checked my fuses really hoping thats it... dont know where the 75a fuse is at but ill search it ;)

you'r 75a fuse is on the pass side of the engine bay, it should be green, odd looking, and listed as a IGN fuse. I recently had the same problem, repaired it, but I now have some of the wiper troubles as well as headlight motor problems. Here is my thread:
