are these the long or short version coils? aem makes 2

yes all same price. The AEM coils are whatever the length is for the SR20. They are what Mazworx uses on all of their VE head swaps. They also work in the other SRs, all SR coils are the same length, these are just skinny (hence pencil coil) to fit in the S15 SR and VE heads.

no, you need to swap the clips to the AEM ones. Just like changing injector clips, easy

no, they were on my harness and I'm not sure where that harness went off to during my build. You can get some from AEM for dirt cheap. They are just the little 2 wire connectors that come in baggies, I think they come with a few extra when you get them new but I don't have time to go look for them.
