socal electrical help needed 805 area

heres the score: swaped good s13 ka24de in to s13 coupe with busted motor. did a five speed conversion. issue is 1. when the car runs the guage cluster doesn't work unless i rev to about 3k-5k after that all electrical works fine until i depress the brake pedal everything shuts off. guages read nothing no dash light, nothing. anyone willing to come help? Food/drink, $40 gas and $60 payment for fixing my car. I'm in Oxnard 805

check speed sensor, check a break in wires, and also see if things are open and grounded correctly...

checked.. but I'm not even remotely familiar with wiring. I'm more of a "turn bolts" kinda guy (a.k.a. stupid) really need my car to run. before the end of the year. my offer still stands. can pay a bit more if needed.
