What rims are these?

I really like these rims but I can't figure out what they are. If someone knows what they are, please let me know.

they were made in the early '90's by a company called AME (still around) and were made of steel (2 piece welded)
Call San Fernando wheel in Ca. they have a very large back stock of the old school stuff like that (I sold it to them)
