Noise coming from cluster?

So I have a 92 S13 SE. It has the digital speedo and HUD. While driving, the cluster makes a buzzing noise. I don't know if it might be related, but the brake light comes on when the noise stops. Anyone know what might be the issue?

Known S13 gremlin. Dealing with it myself. Check grounds/etc whatnot. I added another 4ga engine to chassis ground and that helped but didn't completely get rid of it.

Weirdly enough it only occurs when I'm sitting in the driver seat. Noticed it when I was sitting in a parking lot letting it idle and watching it flash/relay buzz. Step out to put my head towards the floorboard to try to find the relay that's buzzing and it stopped. Sat back down, started again, repeat.

Car runs great otherwise so I just don't care about it anymore!
