So after doing a flush and new thermostat and waterpump and hoses my car now warms up to normal and at idle remains normal ...now the weird part is when I speed up above 30mph
only different thing is I have a.can for my overflowtank which builds up a lot of pressure

There's supposed to be pressure in the system. Do you know how much? As long as it's not overheating, I'd say it's all good.

R u still using a mechanical fan? If so it could b ur fan clutch. If the fan clutch is seized it would cause ur fan to draw too much air at higher engine rpms then needed. With the motor off spin the fan. If it doesn't spin then that's the problem. Either replace the fan clutch or upgrade to an electric fan with a thermostat. U will notice a small increase in power and fuel economy as well
I had the same problem and I replaced the clutch and it fixed it. If it is seized replace it asap. Mine was and right as i was gettin on the freeway it decided to totally disconnect it self from the output shaft and eat my radiator...

if its jumping around like mine is, its your water temperature sensor located on the water neck. replace it or try cleaning it out and put some lithium grease in it.
