pretty easy to handle

a. if you paid with a credit card, not debit, call them up then can refund your money and go after him

b. call the local cops and inform them, that this person committed wire fraud, which is a federal offense, because he sold you something over state lines and if it involved a cc then it becomes a government investigated matter.

c. buy a cheap ass plane ticket, go kick his fuckin head in

Just curious, how do you know he ripped you off? How long has it been since he's had your money, and when was the last time you spoke with him?

I say have someone local try to help you out. I think its stupid though to talk about getting violent, regardless of the situation.. you have to handle things professionally.

For all the rest of you who read this thread and DIDN'T report it to mods, you should know better.

If you have a problem with someone you bought something from, resolve it between you and them. If that fails, get your local PD and their local PD involved.
Don't look to this website as a place to have your dispute resolved or to get revenge on someone.
