I personally have not delt with it, but I know someone who has. If you know what you're doing and what you're bidding on, you can get some of the coolest crap not alot of folks can get if you win. Russ (don't know if you are aware of who he is) over on FA has won so many sweet/rare thiings on Yahoo.co.jp it's sickening...lol

..so which proxy buyers are trustworthy and are willing to ship big products? I've used rinkya to get DVD's from Yahoo Japan and know someone who used them to get a Mission CF tail light garnish for a Zenki S14, but they won't ship bigger things because of the methods they ship.

On yahoo JP I found some 5 lug XR4 longchamps that I drooled over for a bit...but never bid on. Also, theres mesh-o-plenty on there, just type in "SSR" or "BBS".

Looks like anything over 66 pounds (30 kg) cannot be shipped EMS, and must be shipped freight. Supposidly the minimum "freight" charge is $400. Kinda BS to me.

its for more solid shifting. cusco makes on too. its DIRT cheap
nice alternative to folks who want to keep stock throw but tighten it up a bit.
jspec had one mm wow like over a year ago (i dont think he sold it..just for his collection)

Gotta go thru a proxy bidder service like the link (rinku) I listed above. You sign up with them, deposit some money into your account with them (sorta like paypal), then you tell them what item and how much you would bid. If you win, they have the item shipped to them, then to you. The charge a fee of course. Read the details for max weight on items, "rinku" wont ship anything more than 64 lbs without using a freight company (that costs alot).
