s14 SR20DE and SR20DET Differences?

Aside from the obvious turbo bits are there any major differences between the SR20DE and SR20DET?

I Have a 1996 Silvia Q's and a 1994 Silvia K's and I want to swap everything from the K's into the Q's. I THINK the SR20DE has VTC so the wiring should be the same but if anyone can think of anything else that may be different it would be helpful.

CAS, rods, pistons, piston squirters, HG, etc are all different...
