SOLD!
1991 240sx LE
- 158~9k
- automatic
- has sunroof, leather seats, all power
- white with black interior (seats are gray)
THE GOOD:
- Tein Super Street coilovers (almost new, not even surface rust on them)
- Megan Racing RUCA's
- Carbon Fiber hood (slight damage + spider cracks)
- Rota Wheels 17"(will also include 4 stock wheels for winter)
- Intake
- Front Strut bar
- Pioneer radio/speakers/tweeters. Radio has MP3 CD/USB/AUX ports
- pre-wired for a subwoofer
- 5k HIDs
- Solid frame-rails
THE NOT SO GOOD
- The day after i bought the car a snow-plow totaled my neighbors car and managed to scuff mine on the hood/passenger side fender, check out the pics
- The automatic transmission shifts at 5500rpms, the overdrive stopped working a while back. I'm thinking it's either the transmission control module ($50 on ebay) or the transmission filter is clogged ($20). Or just swap it out to manual tranny. Car still drives, but it's loud (read below).
UPDATE:
I found a thread on nicoclub.com where someone exhibited the same symptoms and the culprit was a faulty tps, very easy replacement:

- the exhaust section from the catalytic converter to the muffler is missing (muffler is there, but no piping that connects to it)
- 2 rear tires on Rotas are shot
- paint is ok (3 different shades of white), interior is in good condition, but the drivers side seat is torn, driver's seat is ok, rear seat has a hole in it, one window switch is missing buttons (still works, just visual imperfection)
- some rust around the body and hatch (fixed the hatch with bondo, but it'll start rusting eventually)
- previous owner changed the back bulbs on the gauge cluster, but it doesnt light up anymore
UPDATE2:
- Cars starter is acting up, takes a few tries to start it up
That's all the bad stuff i noticed, i'm not here to screw anyone over, the engine runs strong, just the transmission issue, but nothing you can't fix in few hours or swap over the weekend... I'm asking $2000 obo, i might take some stuff out to make it cheaper (radio, remote start, keep the stock wheels, hids etc). Here's some pictures:
