Is anyone else actually cooking today?

I am.

It's just my wife, and I, her mother, and our two children.

I'm preparing:

Roasted Turkey with Raisin and Walnut Stuffing
Double Baked Potato's with Chives
Roasted Brussell Sprouts with aged 20 yo Balsmic Reduction
Jalepeno and Bacon Cornbread in Cast Iron Pan
Dinner Rolls
And a Pumpkin Cheesecake

If we were more people over I'd get more elaborate.

We're doing a "low country boil" (shrimp, corn, potatoes..and Turkey sausage) at my house (with my in-laws).

Traditional turkey/gravy/stuffing/etc...at my parents later. Plus pie.

Just felt like a little something different this year.
