These were profesionallly painted. ( not some shitty rattle can job. Ppg paint+clear )

When you say BNR32, it ALWAYS means Skyline R32 GT-R (AWD). He should have said HCR32, if he was referring to Skyline R32 GTS/T (RWD).

It is obviously better to run a non-staggered wheel setup, but the GTR Attesa systeme is based on the wheels speed (if rear rear roll faster than front's, the AWD is going on up to 50/50) so u can run same tire diameter size (at .5 inch close it dosen't matter since the front diff is powered by a "clutch-style" drive shaft)

So NO, you'r not in need to have same wheel size, only the tire diameter matters.
