s14 Starter Relay...

could anybody help inform me as to where the starter relay is on a 95 s14. I took the starter out and tested that. Ended up working fine so i figure this is the next thing to test.

Someone told me it was underneath the carpet near the driver's seat next to the trunk and gas cap release lever. I'm not 100% sure, so don't quote me on it.
