s13 coupe n hatch are the same, coupe about 50lbs lighter? i think... but hatch has better weight distribution.  that's why i moved my battery to the trunk!

If you want to feel the difference from inside the car, get in the back seat.  The back seat of a coupe isn't all that bad if you sit sideways with your feet up on the other seat.  The hatchback, on the other hand, is not just oncomfortable - it's practically useless.

Of course, this is only if you care.  You very well may not.  In that case, I think the coupe is both more attractive and a bit rarer.  But, still, your call.  I think the hatchback might be the only way to get HICAS steering.

i think meowth is right on the weight thing...the glass on the "fastback" (we're not civics...hehe) evens out the weight distro...but that's just me talking out of my arse...oh, the fastback looks better too...
